Montblanc - Donation Pen – Yehudi Menuhin - Fountain pen

This Montblanc Donation Pen Yehudi Menuhin is presented in an excellent, very well-preserved state, maintaining the classical elegance that characterizes this homage edition. The body and cap in black precious resin show a deep, uniform shine without opacities, clearly reflecting the care it has received. Only light signs of normal handling for a collectible piece are evident, with no impacts or structural wear. The gold-plated accents — especially the clip inspired by a violin neck — retain an intense, uniform shine, with solid, well-defined gold plating. No loss of plating, deep scratches, or deformations are observed, which enhances the artistic character of the design. The central band, decorated with Yehudi Menuhin's signature, keeps all engravings perfectly crisp and clean. The solid 18K yellow gold bi-color nib is in very good aesthetic and functional condition, with its sharp special engraving and no signs of corrosion, bending, or damage affecting writing. The feed and section show proper use, with no visible ink residues or irregularities. The piston mechanism operates smoothly, demonstrating full and reliable functionality. The Montblanc emblem on the top of the cap shows excellent preservation, with no cracks or wear, maintaining its characteristic whiteness and precisely centered. Overall, this Montblanc Donation Pen Yehudi Menuhin offers excellent condition, ideal for discerning collectors as well as for those seeking an iconic, elegant piece with marked artistic and historical value. Its presentation and operation reflect exemplary conservation. It will be shipped in a courtesy box for proper preservation. Happy bidding!
