Montblanc - 162 - Pen

A0000005901 BALLPOINT PEN MONTBLANC MEISTERSTÜCK LEGRAND (REF. 162): We present at auction the indisputable king of executive desks: the Meisterstück pen in its imposing LeGrand size. With its 15 cm length and a thickness greater than the Classique model, this piece is designed to offer ergonomic comfort, steadiness, and a visual presence that are absolutely formidable. Design and Authenticity: The piece is turned from Montblanc’s characteristic black precious resin, endowed with an intense mirror-like polish that contrasts with the warm shine of its gold-plated details. The iconic clip, the three central rings with the brand name in relief, and the robust bottom gold cone stand out. To guarantee its total authenticity, the clip ring bears clearly engraved its individual serial number (visible in the photographic gallery as S1912080 or similar). Mechanics: Unlike Rollerball models, this pen operates with a sophisticated twist mechanism. By turning the upper half of the body, the refill tip is extended or retracted with perfect mechanical smoothness. Condition Report (Examination): Collectors are urged to carefully observe the photographic gallery to verify the pristine condition of the piece: Body: The black precious resin is immaculate, preserving all its original polish without hits, cracks, or scratches. Fittings: The gold clip, the rings, and the lower cone preserve a perfect gold finish, with no wear marks or oxidation. Writing: The twist mechanism works with total precision. Shipping The lot will be carefully protected and sent in a generic courtesy case, securely packed, with shipping insured for its full value and accompanied by an international express tracking number.
