A splendid piece of Japanese tin toy from the 1950s, rendered in a striking glossy red with yellow details. This model is highly loved by collectors of tin toys and industrial toys. Condition & Details: The forklift is in surprisingly beautiful condition for its age. The paint is deep and glossy with only minimal signs of use. The lifting mechanism with the original chain and forks is complete and moves manually smoothly. • Complete: Forklift + original wired remote control + original cardboard box with beautiful airport illustration. • Tech: Tested with batteries - currently does not respond. Likely a contact or motor that has stuck after 70 years / light corrosion.
