Mist (1972) - Imprint III

MIST - Imprint III - 2025 Artist: MIST Title: Imprint III Year: 2025 Technique: Spray paint on canvas Dimensions: 40 x 60 cm Signed on the back In Imprint III, MIST fashions a vibrant abstraction where shapes and colors overlap. The orange and gold tones dialogue with blue lines, pink accents, and white patches, on a background of dark tones. The effects of transparency, the drips and marks of paint bring depth and movement to the composition. The graphic language of graffiti appears in the angular lines and the spontaneity of the gesture, while leaving room for an abstract pictorial exploration. An intimate-format canvas, whose contrasts and textures offer a strong visual presence.
