Elegant 19th-century Italian mirror, featuring a rich carved and gold-leaf wooden frame, in the Baroque style. The frame is particularly worked, with abundant arabesques, foliage, Rococo motifs, and angelic figures. The upper part is adorned with a winged cherub head, while the lower part also presents a carved face amidst the ornaments. The antique gilding shows a beautiful patina and various signs of time, consistent with the piece’s age and visible in the photographs. The back also reveals the frame’s old construction.
