Mirror - Wood

This elegant wall-mounted dresser/mirror (specchiera) from a period dating roughly from the late 19th century to the first half of the 20th century features a carved and gilded wooden frame in Neoclassical / Louis XVI style with Rococo influences. The structure, characterized by flowing, shaped lines, is richly decorated with vegetal motifs, acanthus leaves, scrolls and festoons carved and enhanced by delicate multicolored floral details. External frame size: 106x123 cm / internal: 55x105 cm The item presents itself in good vintage condition, preserving all the charm of its original patina; the frame shows some normal cracks and minor losses in the decoration, signs of age that confirm its authenticity. The mirror also shows typical signs of antique glass, as shown in the photo. Please observe the photographs carefully, as they are an integral part of the description.
