For her, painting is a true life companion, a place to wander among various moods, meditate, and connect with the primordial part of herself. She brings her own work to life by mainly activating her instinctive side; she enjoys observing what the forms, often with very bright and contrasting colors, reflect back to her. Milena does not ask why lines and colors come to life in a certain way; she watches the canvas, listening to what she feels inside and what the image, as it enriches itself, communicates to her emotionally. The characteristic of her works, therefore, is to strike the irrational and make a thousand sensations vibrate simultaneously. Milena Bernardini has studied at several art studios to learn various painting techniques, which she has since experimented with along her artistic path. She has been painting for 15 years. Today she mainly uses oil paints and acrylics, and her preferred support is canvas. Her paintings are in Italian and international private collections, and she has exhibited her works in nine solo shows: 2015 San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), 2016 Offida (AP), 2018 Martinsicuro (TE), 2019 Altidona (FM), 2023 Montottone (FM). 2025 Massignano (AP). 2026 San Benedetto del Tronto, Cupra Marittima and Grottammare. She has participated in several public auctions and exhibited in various group shows in Italy and abroad, including the following: 2014 Villa Vitali in Fermo, Galleria Agostiniana in Rome, 2015 Diocesan Museum in Terni, Fortezza di Civitella del Tronto, ArtExpò Barcelona, 2016 Bramante Rooms in Rome, Galleria Barocci in Urbino, Bratislava Castle National, 2017 Castello San Giorgio in Lerici, Palazzo della Cultura in Reggio Calabria, 2018 historic Caffè Giubbe Rosse in Florence, Palazzo Pretorio in Gubbio, 2019 Officina delle arti in Corridona, 2022 Oratorio San Rocco in Torre di Palme, 2025 Ferrara Galleria Il Rivellino, San Benedetto del Tronto at Torre dei Gualtieri."
