Mexico, Post-Classic Issues

1895, "Mulitas", 1c. to 10p. Black, a complete set with red "OFICIAL" overprint, o.g. The black stamps come from a special printing intended as a presentation set for dignitaries, government officials, etc. Some of these were apparently later overprinted in red for sale to collectors, and are scarce.
