Mask - Bembe - Bembe - DR Congo (No reserve price)

The Elanda masks, from the Elanda men's association, most often have a rounded top and a flat base, with a face that is spiritual, mysterious, yet human. Some with rounded faces are similar, but those with pointed chins shaped like a beak and small tufts or horns represent spirits of birds or animals. Several, like this one, have multiple pairs of eyes.
