Marlen - Aztlan - Edizione limitata di 375 esemplari in Celluloide

We present the Marlen Aztlan Collection, This pen embodies Marlen's attention to a harmonious and aesthetic design. Launched around 1998 as a limited and numbered series of 375 pieces, it celebrates the Aztecs, one of the dominant peoples of Aztec civilization, whose archaeological structures and art have gifted the world a rich cultural heritage. The Aztec cult of the god flourished in the three centuries prior to the Spanish occupation of South America in the 16th century, and this cult inspired monumental art that is deeply symbolic and highly impactful. The barrel is adorned with a hand-finished layer of solid silver, while the clip is made of silver with a gold gemstone inset, featuring an Aztec symbol, also handcrafted. The nib is gold. The cap is screw-type. The filling system is piston, with the piston knob accessible under the blind cap at the bottom of the barrel. This limited edition pen captures elements of this art, reflecting in particular the influence of Tonatiuh, the Sun God.
