According to the extract from the archives, delivered to Berlin in 1947 as reparations. The processing and recording of reparations by the Soviet Military Administration in Germany (SMAD) was carried out in the post-war period by German economic and financial authorities, in particular from 1948 onwards by the Office or Central Administration for Reparations within the German Economic Commission (DWK).
