Marantz - SD 1015 / 2-Head Single Audio-cassette deck

The Marantz SD1015 is an interesting vintage cassette deck from 1980, from the period when Marantz still made very solid analog Hi-Fi. It is also a classic 2-head design with analog VU meters and manual recording level adjustment. Commercial Marantz documentation also mentions metal alloy heads, gold input/output connections, and a timer standby function. Value today My estimate for your unit: if it is technically fully in order, the VU meters function well, the cassette pulls in smoothly and the belts/transport have recently been serviced, I would realistically consider €200–250 resale value. In truly top condition possibly €275+. This unit was fully professionally renovated at the end of last month and fitted with new belts. Also cosmetically this unit is in top condition!
