Mandy Johnson is an American painter who grew up on a farm in Scotland Neck, North Carolina. She studied at the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida, before pursuing further education and teaching art to middle school students. In 1998, she returned to painting full-time, developing a distinctive style characterized by vibrant colors, expressive figures, and scenes of Southern life. Based in Morehead City, North Carolina, Johnson has exhibited at galleries throughout the Southeast, including the Mattie King Davis Art Gallery in Beaufort and the Red Piano Art Gallery in South Carolina. Good estate condition.
