This bracelet is made of natural malachite beads cut into faceted cubes, in a palette of deep greens ranging from bright turquoise to forest green, traversed by the characteristic darker concentric bands that are the signature of this stone. The multiple facets catch the light and bring out the malachite’s velvety texture. Typically considered the stone of transformation, malachite is traditionally associated with protection and the release of emotional blockages. It is believed to have the power to absorb negative energies and to encourage bold decision-making, acting as a green shield against undesirable influences. Malachite, copper carbonate with unique sinuous patterns, derives its name from the Greek molochitis, in reference to the mauve leaf.
