Luxury Antique Cash Box - Strongbox - Metal

An attractive antique metal cash box originating from England, featuring a deep black finish, elegant double-line detailing on the lid and a sturdy metal carrying handle with warm, aged accents. The understated exterior gives the box a refined, timeless character, while the original fittings add to its authentic antique appeal. The interior is particularly beautiful, with a rich red-painted finish that contrasts strikingly with the black exterior. The inside of the lid is also finished in red, creating a cohesive and distinctive appearance when opened. The removable red compartment tray allows for organised storage and can be lifted out to reveal the space beneath, making the box both practical and visually appealing. The cash box comes with its original key and a fully functioning lock. As expected of an antique piece, the box displays scratches, paint wear and a natural patina. The visibility of the scratches varies depending on the lighting: they appear more pronounced in bright light and less noticeable in dimmer conditions. These signs of age contribute to the authentic character and history of the piece. Dimensions: 21 × 16 × 10 cm. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description. Carefully packaged and shipped with track and trace.
