The first bar of the first canon corresponds to the opening theme of Mozart's Piano Sonata in A major (K. 331), but is then developed differently. Following this is another trio, 'Dov'e il mio bene', without mention of the composer. Further trios from operas by V. Pucitta, 'La caccia d'Enrico IV', F. Orlandi, 'Rodrigo di Valencia' (premiered in 1819), F. Paer, 'Sargino oder Der Zögling der Liebe', as well as from Spohr's 'Jessonda', Weber's 'Der Freischütz', and others. The texts are in French, Italian, English, and Swedish. A handwritten monogram and signature of 'Sophia von Stockenström' appear on the endpaper.
