The pendant shows a carving of a stylized dragon on both sides. The jade used to make this remarkable Archaic pendant has been carefully selected for uniformity and solid color. Has been identified as nephrite jade by measuring thermal conductivity and hardness and translucency. Provenance: This excellent and rare jade Archaic pendant comes from inland China.
