Lamp - Plastic, Glass, Metal - Sugar lamp

Special and increasingly hard-to-find vintage Rotaflex ceiling lamp from the 1970s, also known as the “Sugar Lamp” because of its surface made up of thousands of small transparent, cylindrical plastic elements. The globe-shaped shade has a pronounced Mid-Century Modern / Space Age look. Especially when the lamp is lit, the structure comes to life beautifully: the light is diffused through the relief and creates a warm, sparkling, atmospheric glow. The strong graphic spherical design combined with the unique texture makes this lamp a true eye-catcher, both lit and unlit. Beautiful above a dining table, in a living room, or as a statement piece in a vintage or modern interior. Specifications: manufacturer Rotaflex, design period 1970s, style Mid-Century Modern / Space Age, E27/E26 Edison screw fitting. Dimensions approx. 35 cm in diameter × 30 cm high. This concerns an original vintage piece with age-related and use-related signs consistent with its age. The patina and condition present are intentionally not concealed; please review the detail photos carefully, they are part of the description. A decorative and characterful 1970s Space Age lamp for the collector or enthusiast of original vintage lighting.
