Art Nouveau little vase, hand-painted with floral decoration on a satin (matte) surface, made by the Belgian glass- and decorative-arts artist from Liège, Victor de Winner, and probably manufactured in 1900–1920s La Maison De Winner gained significant recognition by officially participating in the International World's Fair in Liège in 1930 At the bottom of the base signed 'V. De Winner' On the bottom of the vase there is still text and numbers written in pencil: 'LW.95(p) Pervan....' (?)
