Up for auction: an extraordinary, unusual and very rare Soviet collectible panoramic camera: the KMZ FT-2, produced in the Soviet Union (USSR) by the historic Krasnogorsk Mechanical Works (KMZ) between the 1950s and 1960s. The lot presents in good overall vintage condition, with functional mechanical movements and classic superficial vintage signs on the camera body consistent with its history. Aesthetics: Good general vintage condition, as clearly documented by the detailed photographs. The solid and robust all-metal rectangular body preserves its original black lacquer finish, showing the classic and normal surface wear, slight paint chipping from handling along the shiny external metal profiles and small scattered scratches.
