Jugendstil Tile - Vereinigte Servais-Werke - Art Nouveau - 1900-1910

Beautiful original antique Art Nouveau tile made by: Servais Werke, Ehrang, Germany. Made circa 1900. The relief decoration is applied using a dust-pressed technique in which clay powder is pressed under high pressure into a mold. The tile is in good condition with a bright glaze. There are signs of use; this tile has some craquelé contamination. This factory is known for its distinctive designs, and the back also has a nicely designed factory mark. I pack the tile(s) with great care. I ship with PostNL, all packages with a track & trace number.
