Jugendstil Tile - Vereinigte Servais-Werke - Art Nouveau - 1900-1910

A Beautiful Original antique Art Nouveau tile made by: Servais Werke, Ehrang, Germany. Made circa 1900. The decor of abstract floral motifs is relief-applied by means of a dust-pressed technique whereby clay powder is compacted under high pressure in a mold. The tile is in good condition with a bright glaze. There are irregularities / imperfections in the glaze, especially in the right half; these occurred during production. This factory is known for its distinctive designs, and the back also has a nicely designed factory mark. I pack the tile(s) with a lot of care. I ship with PostNL, all packages with a track & trace number.
