Jovan Srijemac (1962) - Time to celebrate - XX

Unique abstract painting with total canvas size (with extra white borders) 105 x 120 x 01 cm. The work was painted in 2026. The painting is shipped rolled, without a stretcher frame and without a frame. Once mounted on a frame, the canvas size is approximately 95 x 110 x 2 cm. In this work I let loose my deepest emotions, causing bold colors and strong brushstrokes to cross each other in a dynamic dance. From chaos arises a sense of harmony. The work is painted with acrylic paint on XXL canvas. The paint is applied in expressive, multi-layered, and highly dynamic strokes on the canvas. The dynamism, expressiveness, and freedom of the artist’s expression are clearly visible. NOTE: For buyers in the Netherlands who want to collect the painting themselves, it is possible, by arrangement and for a fee, to have the canvas stretched onto the stretcher frame. Original, very unique abstract-expressionist work by Dutch professional/contemporary artist (since the early 1980s) Jovan Srijemac (1962). This work fits well in a modern interior or office space. The condition of the work is excellent, varnished, with a certificate of authenticity. About how the work came into being: The chaos of ideas that originated in my mind, the inner depleted energy, wants to come out like a volcano and become an explosion and a symphony of colors on the canvas, framed with matter, figures, faces or an abstract composition. From the subconscious, often chaotic and explosive application of paint on the canvas, initially unplanned figures, objects, portraits or an abstract composition arise. As with the unplanned conception of a child: birth, growing up, to the formation of personality and its life. Often conceived unintentionally, we are born, we grow up, and we are all framed in the body, our frame, but each is unique in its own way.
