The piece is made of pressed and frosted glass with the characteristic green and dark marbled veins that imitate malachite stone, typical of the renowned Bohemian production of the era (attributed to the Gablonz area / workshops of the Curt Schlevogt group - Ingrid Collection or Heinrich Hoffmann). The lid and the walls feature a sophisticated and energetic geometric relief work with diamond-shaped pyramidal/faceted patterns, emblematic of avant-garde Art Deco design.
