Jakob Kleefisch (XX)

Oil painting: Historical view of Venice, San Giorgio Maggiore, after Francesco Guardi (Venice, 1712–1793) For sale is a masterful perspectival depiction of the Lagoon City Venice (oil on wooden panel), painted by the autodidact and freelance artist Jakob Kleefisch. The work originates from the direct estate of my late father, the artist himself. As we are closing down his gallery, we are selling this beautiful oil painting to the highest bidder. The dimensions, including frame, are approximately 49 × 40 cm and without frame about 40 × 30 cm. The painting is offered in the frame from the complete studio liquidation directly from family ownership.
