Italian school (XVIII) - Ritratto di uomo con copricapo rosso (Cardinale)

Half-length male portrait on a dark background. The figure wears a red headdress, the attire suggests an ecclesiastical subject, whose identity remains to be ascertained. Unidentified author. Era to be determined. The surface shows a glossy and irregular finish, with visible cracking and two holes in some areas. On the back there are patches of old restorations and a marking CIRI perhaps originating from the crates with which the painting was framed.

Estimation:€300
