Size and Housing of the lot: 1. 1x large A4 insert binder with a neat brown/pink leather-look cover and 16 white pages (32 pages), almost fully filled with the chronological main collection. 2. 1x smaller A5 insert binder with 8 black pages (16 pages), almost completely filled with the specialized collection of modern ATM/SOAR stamps and classic fiscal stamps. 3. A fine selection of luxe loose commemorative sheets and souvenir sheets, including Rugby World Cup 2007, Irish Trams, Fauna & Flora and double luxe souvenir sheets of Dublin 1991 - European City of Culture. Condition of the albums: The insert binders are in reasonably used but still very neat condition. Quality of the stamps: Mixed (mint / unused / used). On the most filled pages of the A4 album, many series are inserted in a stepped, stair-like manner; the front stamps of these series are generally mint. The loose sheets and blocks are in unused/mint condition. Content highlights by category: Classic & Fiscal: Present from the transitional overprint stamps (Rialtas and Saorstát) from the early 1920s. Also includes interesting classic fiscal/documentary stamps (e.g., Victorian Petty Sessions Six Pence, Foreign Bill and early round Irish port/cut-outs). Including the complete St. Patrick 'High Values' series from 1937 (2/6, 5/- and 10/-), clearly shown in the detail photo. Thematic & Semi-modern: Rich array of commemorative issues, Europe CEPT issues, Christmas stamps and sports series. Modern & ATM/SOAR specialization: Extensive collection of modern machine stamps (up to the 2016 Centenary of the Easter Uprising). Includes various nature themes (birds, fish, insects, mammals) with high face values (up to €5, €6.10 and €7.20 each) and a variety of specific office and mailing overprints (Dublin, Registered Post, Standard Post).
