All items bear the backstamp used between 1969 and 1972, from before Hutschenreuther's acquisition of Kahla and Porzellanfabrik Arzberg. The history of the Hutschenreuther brand began in 1814. By the late 1990s Hutschenreuther AG consisted of 15 production sites with more than 6,000 employees. In 2000, Hutschenreuther became part of the Rosenthal division of the Wedgwood Group. This dinnerware consists of: 1 terrine with lid, height 15 cm, width from handle to spout 25 cm, Ø 20 cm; 6 flat plates, height 3 cm, Ø 24.5 cm; 6 deep plates, height 4 cm, Ø 22 cm; 1 sauce bowl, height 9 cm, Ø 18 cm. The form was designed by Heinz H. Engler (1928-1986), who won numerous design awards for his dinnerware series (especially for the stackable Novum series). The graphic pattern of blue circles in black-blue squares is a design by Richard Scharrer. In very good condition. No chips, no cracks. The photos are part of the condition and the description.
