Mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift. 29 x 43 cm. Gefaltet. Übertragung des Lehnsrechtes des 'bisherigen Lehnträger(s) Johann Heinrich Oehlmann am 12ten Februar dieses Jahres mit Tode abgegangen' an Johann Wilhelm Öhlmann sowie diverse Mitglieder der Familie wie u.a. 'Heinrich Christoph und Johann Christian', 'Hinrich Jacob' sowie mit 'dem 'Zehnten zu Marklendorf'.- Mittig zwei Ausrisse (etwas Textverlust). Documents.- Honstedt, Georg Wilhelm (Lord of Eilte and Frankenfeld; Captain). Handwritten deed of enfeoffment on parchment. Dated 'Hanover, the fourth of April' 1789. With autograph signature. 29 x 43 cm. Folded. Transfer of the feudal rights of the 'previous vassal Johann Heinrich Oehlmann, who died on the 12th of February of this year' to Johann Wilhelm Öhlmann and various members of the family, including 'Heinrich Christoph and Johann Christian', 'Hinrich Jacob', and with 'the tithe of Marklendorf'.- Two tears in the center (some loss of text).
