Mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift und hölzerner Siegelkapsel. 33,5 x 47 cm. Gefaltet. Übertragung des Lehnsrechtes sowie mit 'dem Zehnd zu Marcklendorf' vom 'bisherige(n) Lehn-Träger Friedrich Willehlm Öhlmann', der 'mit Tode abgegangen', auf diverse Mitglieder der Familie Öhlmann wie u.a. 'Johann Bartold', 'Johann Jürgen', 'Hinrich Christoph und Johann Christian'.- Im Falz etwas braunfleckig. Documents.- Honstedt, Johann Christoph von (Lord of Frankenfeld and Eilte). Autograph deed of enfeoffment on parchment. Dated 'in the camp near Nienburg on the 11th of July' 1757. With autograph signature and wooden seal capsule. 33.5 x 47 cm. Folded. Transfer of the feudal rights as well as 'the tithe at Marcklendorf' from the 'previous feudal holder Friedrich Wilhelm Öhlmann', who 'deceased', to various members of the Öhlmann family such as 'Johann Bartold', 'Johann Jürgen', 'Hinrich Christoph and Johann Christian'.- Some brown staining in the fold.
