Trio of prints produced for the dinner menus at the Cafe de Paris (Paris, France), Fouquet (Paris, France), Pavillon Armenonville (Paris, France) and Pre Catelan (Paris, France). Frame size 15 1/2 x 12 inches. One work hangs vertically, two works hang horizontally. Provenance: Research materials on these items can be found in The Culinary Institute of America Menu Collection; Auguste Guyet Menu Collection; menu 11-68; (loc: box 11-1). Large group of menus in French and English from the Compagnie Générale Transatlantique French Line, hotels, etc.; Together with a reproduction print of a map of New York. Frame size 23 1/2 x 36 3/4 inches.
