GUCCI made in Italy. September preview Original high-top Gucci sneakers, a bold and contemporary design, made in soft black hammered leather and characterized by a refined combination of iconic Maison elements and embroidered details with a graphic taste. A particular model and now belonging to Gucci's previous collections, immediately recognizable by the purposely minimalist aesthetic of the black sneaker, enriched by the large contrasting side lettering. The upper is entirely made of black leather, with the natural grain clearly visible, with a high ankle construction and a rounded toe. The front lacing features flat laces in écru/ivory color, inserted in black metal eyelets, creating a clear and elegant color contrast with the upper. The tongue is also in black leather and features at the top a small embossed feline emblem, a distinctive detail of Gucci collections from this period. The most distinctive element consists of the large embroidery in ivory-colored thread, different on the two sides: “Blind” on one side and “for Love” on the other. The embroidery, intentionally done with a cursive and almost handwritten stroke, gives the sneaker a very particular identity, immediately attributable to Gucci’s aesthetic of the Alessandro Michele era. At the back the iconic blue and red Gucci Web stripe is applied vertically, running along the heel to create another recognizable element. The sole is entirely in black rubber, with the GUCCI logo printed at the heel and the GG monogram embedded in the tread. The interior is finished in black leather and features the original Gucci markings with code/model 449992. The shoe is offered in Gucci UK size 7.5, corresponding roughly to EU 41.5 = cm 26.5; Renewed and sanitized with ozone.
