Green-blue fluorite crystal specimen – UV-active with...

This extraordinary fluorite specimen delights in daylight as well as under UV light with an impressive appearance. Even in normal light, the perfectly formed cubic fluorite crystals display a fascinating play of colors — deep greens, turquoise, and rich blues. The true highlight, however, reveals itself under UV illumination: the crystals develop an intense electric blue fluorescence, making the entire piece practically glow. This effect makes the specimen an exceptional collector’s item and a spectacular showpiece for any mineral collection. The numerous, sharply formed cube-shaped crystals are typical for high-quality fluorite and, through their transparency and crystal structure, create impressive optical depth. The combination of natural beauty and strong UV reaction is especially sought after by collectors. Fluorite ranks among the most fascinating minerals in the world and is valued for its extraordinary color diversity. Specimens with such intense fluorescence belong to the particularly attractive collectibles.
