Circa 1906, stem set and wind, seventeen jewels, grade Series 3, serial number 896399, the gold hunting case with a center cartouche engraved WAMG, with engine-turned detailing and coin-edge caseband, the signed white dial with black Arabic numeral hour markers, gold diamond-shaped hands, and red Arabic numeral outer minute register, the movement signed, numbered, and adjusted, the case engraved "To / Wr. A. McGinnis / From Father / 8-1-18" and stamped Howard / 14K / 102956. 2 5/8 x 2 in.; 16s 69.7 gross dwt. Good estate condition; hour hand with patina; running at time of examination.
