Übertragung des Lehnsrechtes nach 'Absterben des bisherigen Lehnträgers Johann Hinrich Öhlmann' an Johann Wilhelm Öhlmann 'als Aeltesten' und zahlreiche Familienmitglieder sowie 'den alten Rott-Zehnten zu Stedden'.- Verso handschriftlich betitelt 'Der Öhlmänner Lünebg. Transfer of the feudal right after the 'death of the previous feudal holder Johann Hinrich Öhlmann' to Johann Wilhelm Öhlmann 'as eldest' and numerous family members as well as 'the old tithe of Stedden'.- Verso titled in handwriting 'The Öhlmanns of Hanover. Letter of Enfeoffment of 1789'.- Verso somewhat dusty and stained.
