France - Libération - Louhans - Mayer 1/13 ** Very Good...

Complete set of the Liberation of Louhans F.F.I. in black or sometimes in purplish-black ink, one can clearly see the seal mark on the back (paper creasing from the strike of the seal, and the surcharges are all different from each other = proof of authenticity), Mayer signature on the back. Very rarely offered series. Stamps from a lovely collection that I detail. All stamps are defect-free, original gum ** impeccable.
