Seven vintage French art postcards with illustrations by well-known French artists Yves Diey (1892–1984) and Laporte. Diey was a celebrated illustrator in the early to mid-20th century, best known for his alluring Art Deco, pin-up, boudoir, and (semi-)nude portraits of glamorous women. 5 x from Series 31 Laporte was also a French artist and illustrator from the mid-20th century who specialized in sensuous boudoir or glamour cards (French pin-ups). His style is characterized by elegant, seductive, and sometimes scantily clad women in intimate indoor scenes, often with a romantic or lightly humorous undertone. 2 x from Series 32 Uncirculated condition: Since there are no stamps, postmarks or handwritten text on the back, these cards are in unused (uncirculated) condition.
