Characteristics of the standard type: 5 Francs Semeuse – silver 835 ‰ – theoretical weight 12 g per coin – diameter 29 mm. For the 12 coins, this represents a theoretical total weight of 144 g, corresponding to about 120.24 g of fine silver. The lot notably includes one specimen from the 1966 mint year, whose print run is considerably lower than that of the 1960–1964 mint years present in this set.
