Foscarini - Marc Sadler - Hanging lamp - Tite 2 - Fiber optic

A slender light form that builds vertical tension and defines the space with precision. Designed by Marc Sadler for Foscarini, the Tite 2 reflects an experimental approach to material and construction, in which technique and form are inextricably linked. The conical silhouette of the Tite 2 is composed of a fiberglass and carbon composite, visible in the characteristic diagonal weave pattern. This construction enables an exceptionally slim and lightweight form, while the light is filtered in a controlled manner. The result is a warm, diffused light field, paired with a focused downward accent that remains functionally usable. In space, the Tite 2 functions as a pronounced vertical element. Above a dining table, kitchen island, or in a row arrangement, it accentuates height and rhythm without looking visually heavy. By day the object reads as a graphic sculpture; by night the materiality comes forward in a subtle play of light and shadow.
