Fontana Arte - Design Lab - Wall lamp - Egg - Glass, Metal

The Fontana Arte Uovo is a timeless Italian design object whose strength lies in simplicity and perfect proportions. Designed in the seventies, the lamp derives its name from the characteristic egg-shaped shade — a form that feels at once organic, understated, and universal. The diffuser is crafted from satin-blown white glass and emits a soft, even, and diffused light. This creates a warm, calm lighting effect that subtly accents the space without being conspicuous. The Uovo does not function as a bold statement, but as a quiet carrier of mood and balance. Thanks to its pure form and timeless appearance, the Uovo can be used both solo and in compositions. The lamp integrates effortlessly into a wide range of interiors and presents itself just as much as a functional wall lamp as a discreet, sculptural wall object.
