Florence - G. Armani - Sculpture, maternità - 34 cm - Cold Cast Porcelain

Giuseppe Armani (Florence Sculture d'Arte) - Sculpture "Maternity" / Woman with Pram and Baby - Porcelain art - Wooden base, year 1987 Object description: Author/Manufacture: Giuseppe Armani / Florence Sculture d'Arte (Florence, Italy). Subject: Maternity (an elegant 19th-century/vintage-inspired woman standing next to a pram with a baby). Material: Fine porcelain / art resin finished with cold-cast, hand-painted in delicate pastel tones. Dimensions: Height: 34 cm Width: 19 cm Depth: 11 cm Weight: 1.4 kg Base: Elegant rectangular dark wooden base finished with a golden metal plaque bearing the artist's signature (G. Armani). Signature/Marks: The artist's engraved signature is present on the sculpture body and the Florence manufactory authenticity marks. Aesthetic description and details: Splendid and moving original sculpture signed by master Giuseppe Armani for the renowned Florence Sculture d'Arte production. The work depicts a touching maternity scene: a female figure with sinuous and elegant lines, dressed in finely decorated clothes in shades of green and pink and adorned with an era hat, stands with a graceful protective bearing. Beside her, an antique-style pram warmly cradles a very sweet chubby baby, cared for in the smallest expressive details. The composition is characterized by a refined contrast between the tall silhouette of the mother and the detailed softness of the pram and the floral elements at the base. Entirely handmade in Italy with the mastery typical of Capodimonte-style craftsmanship, the work combines an extraordinary richness of details with an atmosphere of great tenderness and romance. Condition: The piece overall presents in good general aesthetic condition. However, a tiny break on two toes of the baby is noted (minimum defect, visible in detail in the attached photographs), which does not compromise the extraordinary beauty and overall harmony of the display sculpture. Shipping and packaging tips: Packaging: A professional, careful, reinforced packing with shock-absorbing materials will be used, ensuring that the wooden base and the most delicate porcelain parts arrive intact. Shipping: Tracked and insured with major international carriers.
