Toutes les enchères / Art Contemporain / Flavia Delgado - LA COPA DE HELADO XL (NO RESERVE)
THE VIBRANT AND EXPRESSIVE ICE CREAM SCOOP, a 70 x 100 cm painting by artist Flavia Delgado. This painting features a tall, crystal-clear sundae glass shining like an everyday trophy. Inside, five scoops seem to vie for the spotlight: vibrant blue, pastel pink, vanilla with chunks, intense orange, and a swirl of cream and chocolate. The color palette is bold and playful, almost surreal, as if the blue ice cream existed only in dreams or in childhood. The background is plain, without ornaments, but within that emptiness lies the power: the contrast between a blue tablecloth and a beige backdrop makes the cup rise as a precious object. There are no hands holding it, no spoons threatening it. It is alone, suspended in a moment of pure contemplation. The technique recalls mid-20th-century advertising posters, with black outlines contouring each form and accentuating the image’s graphic character. Yet there is something beyond commerce: a celebration of simple joy, of pop aesthetics carried with elegance into the pictorial language. “The Ice Cream Cup” speaks to us of pleasure and play, but also of nostalgia. It evokes those summer snacks, impossible flavors, colors only children dare to request. And in that artifice — a cup that shines brighter than any jewel — we find true luxury: the luxury of spontaneous delight. SHIPPING: The work is offered directly by FLAVIA DELGADO, guaranteeing its authenticity with a certificate signed by the artist herself. The painting (UNFRAMED) will be carefully rolled and protected inside a sturdy cardboard tube for shipping. After payment is confirmed, a period of three days is required to prepare the piece and ship it. The delivery time will depend on the destination, with a maximum of up to ten business days.
