She wears a soft green dress with delicate puffed sleeves and a pink ribbon tied beneath her bonnet. The doll is mounted on a luxurious deep red velvet pin cushion, decorated with intricate purple and lilac floral embroidery and numerous original decorative pins. The combination of the vibrant red velvet, fine embroidery and delicate porcelain makes this a particularly appealing example of an antique vanity accessory.
