Figure - Dama Cinese - Coral

Chinese coral red sculpture carved (material to be verified), depicting a standing female figure with an elaborate hairstyle, pendant at the waist and a bundle between the arms, on a lotus-petal base. Top of the bundle chipped. Signs of wear and small natural porosities, see photo. I don’t know if the wooden base is contemporaneous with the sculpture; the statuette is detached from the base. Content of the lot: 1 sculpture with wooden base. No manual included. Total height: about 9 cm, base included. Depth and width of the base, approximate estimate.

Estimation:€63
