This Berlinetta Aerodinamica version, conceived by the famed designer Mario Revelli de Beaumont and refined aerodynamically in the wind tunnel at the Polytechnic University of Turin, was specifically born for endurance competitions such as the Mille Miglia, combining stylistic elegance with advanced technical solutions for the era. This specific 1935 example boasts exceptional collecting history: it was purchased by the current owner’s family on March 16, 1971 and has remained under the same custodianship for over fifty years. Treated as a family icon, the car has been preserved through a rigorous conservational approach. It is estimated to be one of only 10 surviving units worldwide to retain the original bodywork. The car is accompanied by ASI certification and historical documentation and is ready to participate in Elegance Competitions, historic recreations or museum exhibitions. CARROZZERIA/VERNICIATURA: The original Berlinetta Aerodinamica bodywork has benefited from a complete and philological restoration, carried out in full respect of the specifications and period techniques. The paintwork and the chassis are in excellent overall condition. The vintage details include the characteristic stamped wire-disk Fergat wheels, authentic to the pre-war era. INTERNI: The cockpit has been completely restored as part of the philological restoration, redeploying the seats and upholstery with historically correct fabrics in keeping with the era’s tradition. The steering wheel, dashboard and period instrumentation maintain the original cockpit configuration and patina of a 1930s racing car. MECCANICA: The mechanics are in perfect working order. The car is equipped with its original 4-cylinder 995 cc (36 HP) first-install engine, serial 108CS, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. To ensure greater stability and driving safety during events, the front suspension features a period modification, accompanied by an enlarged braking system in line with the sporting specifications of the time.
