The arrangement of trees, the decorative treatment of the terrain, and the Mediterranean architecture also show affinities with the landscape interpretations developed by artists close to the French Fauvist movement. ㅤ The work represents a rural landscape of Mediterranean character, dominated by a small group of white buildings situated on a reddish elevated terrain.
