An interesting letter regarding the publication of advertisements in the newspaper *Le Réveil*. Marie Escudier asks her correspondent to provide advertisements for the next issue of her newspaper: “I was unable to do so yesterday without taking up your time, when I had the pleasure of seeing you. Please allow me to ask you today for permission to begin running your advertisements in the next issue of *Le Réveil*, as they are undoubtedly the most useful tool for your administration. ” He notes that advertisements from several industrial companies are already being published and hopes to increase their number. He concludes by asking his correspondent to reply promptly so that the ads can be included in the next issue.
