Toutes les enchères / Art Contemporain / Ennio Finzi (1931) - "Alternanze" dalla serie Verso il rosa
Ennio FINZI (1931 - 2024) Fascinating and rare diptych by the imaginative spacialist master Ennio Finzi, composed of two original works dated 1988 and titled "Alternanze verso il rosa". In this set of two paintings, Finzi momentarily abandons the pure vibration of color-light typical of a stark and complementary contrast. Broad fields of dark black color, characterized by a dense, rough texture rich in depth, that captures real light and creates shifting shadows. A sequence of light vertical bands where the delicacy of color bursts in. In the center stands out a refined chromatic score of pastel stripes (shades of blue, green and yellow) that guides the viewer’s eye in the dynamic and lyrical transition, indeed, "towards pink". Thin, crisp white relief lines break the verticality, creating a rhythm that is almost musical and three-dimensional on the surface. An artistically powerful abstract work, capable of dialoguing perfectly with environments of minimalist design as well as with Italian Second Republic art collections. The artist’s signature appears on the back. Two photographs will be provided with the author’s signature and authentication as viewable in the lot gallery. Very light signs of time and wear, especially on the frames. Photos as an integral part of the lot description. Insured and trackable shipping.
