The artist, a native of Marseille, first made his mark with tagging and graffiti in the northern districts of the Phocaean city before exploring other forms of expression: abstract, figurative, collage and assemblage. He has become a major name in the last decade with this atypical modus operandi that blends different techniques and disciplines of modern art. The world's largest brands of the consumer market and the greatest figures of international pop culture are systematically cut out, torn, ripped, mixed and gathered into endlessly stylized graffiti collage compositions to create unique and colorful paintings that tell a story for the viewer, the collector...
