Surrounding the central stone, a total of 1.60 carat of old cut diamonds are set, contrasting the vivid reds of the synthetic ruby perfectly. The diamonds match in colour at H and sit between VS and SI in clarity. Carved shoulders complement the rings design as the 18 carat yellow gold band tapers around the finger, completing the ring.
